Results You're Looking For!

Help restore the original look and feel of your carpet with professional cleaning by Sears. Our courteous and professionally trained technicians use truck-mounted equipment for powerful extraction and quicker drying times. Hi-traffic areas and trouble spots will receive special attention. Our two-step deep clean process is the carpet cleaning system most recommended by North America's leading carpet manufacturers. This process is called "Hot Water Extraction". You've probably heard it referred to as "Steam Cleaning". Sears professionals will extract all the soils from your carpets without using a bonnet or carbonation method (referred to as dry cleaning) which only buffs the surface of your carpet. We take great pride in knowing that our carpet cleaning method is thorough, cleans deep and leaves behind absolutely no trace of residue.

Why Is Carpet Cleaning Important?

Carpeting is a natural air filter in a home or business. It catches and collects the dust, pollen, and particles in the air that eventually settle to the floor. Traffic on these areas will grind these contaminants into the fibers, imbedding and trapping them out of reach of normal cleaning routines causing the carpet to wear out sooner. Sears professional cleaning will remove these deep seated pollutants and allow the homeowner or business to maintain the area for a longer period of time.

Sears Carpet Cleaning Process

The very first thing we do as part of our service is to complete a thorough pre-inspection of the areas to be cleaned. During this inspection we check for any tough stains, problem areas, or noticeable wear areas. A full report of our findings is discussed with you.

The second thing we do is to apply an emulsifier to all areas of the carpet. This works to loosen and dissolve the embedded soils ensuring a truly deep clean.

Our third step of the carpet cleaning process consists of a fresh water rinse. During this rinse, all of the soils and cleaning agents are removed. There is no residue left behind that could attract even more dirt or dust like some other carpet cleaning methods can do. In-home machines that can't thoroughly rinse out the shampoo they use leave a sticky film behind, covering the carpet fibres which allows new dirt to cling to it. Our method delivers superior cleaning results leaving ph-balanced fibers. So all that's left behind is cleaner, softer, brighter more beautiful carpets.

The final step is to vacuum the moisture out. Our powerful truck-mounted unit is designed with enough power to remove almost all of the moisture contained within the carpet fibers. Once we finish our process your carpets will be just barely damp to the touch.

Before our technician leaves your home, a complete post inspection is done with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the work we have provided.

Sanitizer Treatment

From pet odors to allergies Sears antibacterial treatment works hard to help control these problems. With a thorough cleaning coupled with a sanitization treatment, you can rest assured that every effort will be made to reduce these issues for you. Our sanitizer treatment also helps eliminate dust mites, carpet mites and pet dander from the fibers of your carpet that could be causing you and your family health issues. Although the product we use is effective, it is completely safe for your family and pets. Our product is used wide spread in the seniors residences and day cares we provide service for.

3M Scotchgard

After your carpets and furniture are cleaned, Sears highly recommends the application of teflon protector. 3M Scotchgard works by surrounding the fibres with a barrier making it difficult for dry or wet soils to penetrate the fabric and cause rapid re-soiling or permanent stains. The barrier allows for easier removal of dry soil, which extends the time between restorative cleaning. In addition, having your carpets and furniture protected will help reduce wear and high traffic patterns. (Some carpet warranties require re-application of protector to keep the warranty in effect-check your manufacturers care guide).
